Meet The Team
Leslie Snow Schroer
Founder
I am the practitioner and owner of Quantum Foot Zoning, in business in Montrose since 2017.
I founded Conscious Connections out of a deep passion for fostering community and collaboration among healers and wellness practitioners. Inspired by the transformative power of shared knowledge and support, my vision is a space where individuals can connect, learn, and grow together. My goal through Conscious Connections, is to elevate wellness practices and create a nurturing environment that empowers practitioners to enrich their lives, their businesses, their health and those of their clients. Others also have the passion for this community and have willingly stepped up to join the creation of this concept! Contact us if you feel the connection and would like to donate time and skills.
Anne Leonard
Co Founder
After years of studying energy healing (including training at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing), working with crystals, and supporting others on their healing paths, I longed for a real community where like-hearted practitioners and seekers could come together.
Then I met Leslie, and very quickly realized our very aligned visions. So we shot for the stars. Conscious Connection was born from our shared dream of creating a warm, supportive hub here on the Western Slope — a space where seasoned healers, emerging practitioners, and conscious souls can connect, collaborate, learn, and grow. We believe healing and awakening happen best in community, not in isolation. My deepest passion is helping people remember their own innate power while building meaningful connections with one another and the living Earth. Whether you’re a practitioner or simply seeking more conscious connection, you are warmly welcome here.
Natalia Gonzales
Tech support/Core Team
Hi everyone, I’m Natalia!
I help medspas and wellness businesses create new revenue streams by implementing “light and sound” experiences like the Frequency Suite™, turning underutilized space into high-margin service offerings.
I’m excited to be part of Conscious Connections because it provides a space for real-time feedback, validation, and meaningful conversations around implementation, pricing, and ROI. The relationships built here also open the door to collaborations, pilot opportunities, and long-term partnerships—without relying on cold outreach. Grateful to be part of this community and excited to grow alongside such a talented group!

Location Host/Core Team
As the founder of DAUR.co, a somatic movement educator, Rolfer®, breathwork facilitator, and author of "Spellbound No More", for more than three decades, I have guided people in revealing the innate, wholistic intelligence of the body and being.
I am honored and excited to bring a collaborative spirit to Conscious Connections, the practitioners, and facilitators of Colorado's Western Slope. I believe we are being invited into a new way of working together-one that moves beyond competition and isolation toward collaboration, reciprocity, and shared purpose. By building genuine relationships, strengthening our referral networks, and celebrating one another's unique gifts, we create healthier communities and amplify the impact each of us can have. Let’s cultivate a community where both practitioners and those they serve are supported in living with greater freedom, wholeness, and connection.
