Conscious Connections is a thriving wellness hub nestled in the heart of Montrose's beautiful Western Slope. We are passionately dedicated to fostering an inclusive community where seasoned healers and emerging practitioners come together to amplify their impact and nurture the transformation of our mountain community.

With a strong focus on integrated wellness, we host monthly in-person meetings every last Thursday at 5:30 PM at the Cimarron Creek Community Building, located at 901 6530 Rd, Montrose, CO.

These gatherings create a supportive space for participants to connect, share, and grow together.

As we look to the future, we aim to develop a comprehensive directory that will further enhance these conscious connections. Our vision includes offering diverse wellness experiences, enriching workshops, and engaging classes that cater to wellness seekers of all backgrounds. We also plan to introduce membership tiers, professional development opportunities, and business support, all designed to amplify the journey of transformation through integrated care.

Founder

I am the practitioner and owner of Quantum Foot Zoning, in business in Montrose since 2017.

I founded Conscious Connections out of a deep passion for fostering community and collaboration among healers and wellness practitioners. Inspired by the transformative power of shared knowledge and support, my vision is a space where individuals can connect, learn, and grow together.

My goal through Conscious Connections, is to elevate wellness practices and create a nurturing environment that empowers practitioners to enrich their lives, their businesses, their health and those of their clients.

After years of studying energy healing (including training at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing), working with crystals, and supporting others on their healing paths, I longed for a real community where like-hearted practitioners and seekers could come together.
Then I met Leslie, and very quickly realized our very aligned visions. So we shot for the stars.
Conscious Connection was born from our shared dream of creating a warm, supportive hub here on the Western Slope — a space where seasoned healers, emerging practitioners, and conscious souls can connect, collaborate, learn, and grow.
We believe healing and awakening happen best in community, not in isolation. My deepest passion is helping people remember their own innate power while building meaningful connections with one another and the living Earth.

I am honored and excited to bring a collaborative spirit to Conscious Connections, the practitioners, and facilitators of Colorado's Western Slope. I believe we are being invited into a new way of working together-one that moves beyond competition and isolation toward collaboration, reciprocity, and shared purpose.
